Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange the items within 14 DAYS of receiving the package, with the original receipt and original packaging. To arrange your return please contact us at: service@hypersupp.com, so the team can assist you with your return. Remember to provide us with your order number and return details.
- You will have to PAY for the cost of returning goods and we warmly recommend using tracking-enabled shipping services.
- If you are initiating an exchange, you only need to pay for the return shipping. We will provide free shipping (hypersupp. -> you) for the exchanged item once (up to one time).
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.
- All items need to be returned UNWORN, with their original packaging (including PROTECTIVE FILM / UNREMOVED TAG).
- For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been tried on.
